Valerie Todd MS, LPC- Treats individuals (children, teens, & adults) as well as families who are experiencing anxiety, depression, substance abuse/use, self-harm, self-esteem issues, loneliness, parent-child conflict, sibling rivalries, school related issue.She specializes in women's issues, and military members and their families. She is a Gottman Level 2 trained clinician for couples counseling. She also works with clients navigating PTSD, bipolar disorder and schizophrenia. Collaboratively, she believes in selecting new tools and coping skills to: increase self-awareness, heal the past & thrive in the present, make goals and reach them, experience increased life satisfaction, joy, and life-meaning. Valerie's background is in Social Work and she recieved a Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of Dayton. She has lived in Japan, England and Panama and loves adventure and traveling with her family .
